Senior Test Manager

About the position
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Test Manager with over 15 years of expertise in end-to-end project delivery, QA leadership, and test data management across diverse domains. The ideal candidate will lead testing initiatives for complex enterprise applications, ensuring quality, compliance, and seamless integration across cloud, ERP, and data platforms.

Job description

• Lead QA strategy, planning, and execution across Web, ETL, MDM, BI, and Cloud applications.
• Perform end-to-end functional and integration testing across ALIP modules (New Business, Underwriting, Policy Administration, Billing, Claims).
• Validate data migration, transformation, and orchestration flows across GCP → OIC → Oracle Fusion.
• Manage test data management (TDM) including data profiling, masking, subsetting, archival, and synthetic data generation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Integration, Cloud, ERP, Middleware, SMEs) to resolve defects and ensure seamless data flow.
• Execute regression test suites, automation frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines using Selenium, TOSCA, Jenkins, and REST/SOAP API tools.
• Ensure compliance with PII, PCI, GDPR regulations through data masking and audit readiness.
• Document test scenarios, defect logs, and production cutover steps in Confluence/Jira.
• Provide leadership in Agile environments, managing sprints, tickets, and defect triage using JIRA, Rally, ServiceNow.
